I have this bad habit, where, when I face customer who have the POSSIBILITY to sign up, I tend to talk softly. Personally, I'm not convinced with them. How can I convinced them?
In other case, when I face a PROBABLY sign up customer, I tend to be firm. I speak loud and clear.

PROBABLY - 80:20 chance to sign up
PROBABLY - 80:20 chance to sign up
Last but not least, I really don't know how to small talks. I really do.
