Name it, you want the abs, hamstring, the chest or shoulder to become more firm, hit the Hoist machine area. By doing 3 sets of 12 of each machine, you'll complete exercising for your whole body. How cool is that?!
We also provides free-weight area, the main attraction for the boys. You can adjust the weight according to your strength. We provide the weight and place, all you need to do, is come down and join us. *wink*
Feel stressed? About work? Your boss maybe? In our kickboxing area, you can just imagine the punch bag as your greatest enemy, punch it! You will be relief, stress free and lighter (mind, soul and body).
At Fitness Embassy also provide classes, FREE OF CHARGE (what did I told you about capital letter-bold-large-red sentences means? It is very true!) if you join the membership. There aren't just 2-3 classes, we have more than 25 classes per week! Yoga, aerobics! Dancing like Zumba, Latin, Jazz! Self-defense such as kickboxing, battle and tae-box (taekwondo + boxing).
